Objects of the Society

Rule 4
| The objects of the Society shall be:- |

(a) |
To preserve the continuity of the Cirencester Society in London,
which was in existence before the year 1702, and has since that date continuously met and
dined in London. |
|
(b) |
To promote intercourse and good fellowship amongst the Members. |
|
(c) |
To strengthen the ties between the ancient Town of Cirencester and
those resident in London and elsewhere interested in its welfare. |
